"The Land of Smiles" - My trip to Thailand ...

Yes Thailand is actually "the land of smile" - all smiling faces :) :)
It was my first foreign trip so its obvious how much I was excited (most of u know that) ..

In thailand , there are two sets of tourists - Indian & rest of world ... Indians married couples might not do sex on a regular basis but nobody can match their potential to reproduce at such a great rate ... This might be problem for our country but there is also a positive side to this - We Indians are at every corner of the world !!!

As soon as landed , police asked me many questions ... It reminded me of the incident when samik was caught at Mumbai railway station.
In my case too my get up was pathetic enough for the police to question me .

I didnt like the Thai food much - it smells so bad !!!
But I love Thai girls ;) .... I didnt find any fat female (of any age) there ...
Thailand is not a shopping heaven .. Infact most of their personal & home care products are imported from India ...
We Indians are expert in Bargaining & I used my skill to the fullest .. For anything I would straight away say half of the price ..
Footpath market is more famous than the malls ... U can get any damn thing there ...

Thailand is a stronghold of Toyota - 2 out of 3 car is toyota ..
The best was that the taxi there is Toyota Corolla ... Corolla is status symbol in India ...

I enjoyed the trip as after more than 10 years my whole family had together gone on a holiday ..
But here I would say that Thailand is not a place to go with family .. Best is go with guys or gf (not even wife) ...

Next trip might be Malayasia in June !!!

Nice post. Isn't it strange though that the products sold there are majorly Indian ? Shouldn't they be Chinese ?

This a distress call to all TWM folks. This has been the longest duration of inactivity for TWM. So is it that we are all too busy or have all of us hit the writer's block. Let's break the spell of inactivity....HOW?? WHAT SHOULD I WRITE ABOUT?? I have an incomplete draft, shall I post that? May be I will do a recap of the past few days..No mood to write paragraphs.. Connect the dots yourself.. * Kaminey - Movie was good, the ending could have been better..The bong mafia coming with a long gun to the fight scene was really comic..Fahid Kapoor ki acting mast thi..waifey aap log ye movie dekhey kya?? * Books - Finally I read the book Love Story by Erich Segal..Hmmm the story is good but the effect of the classic book has not yet got into me..Meanwhile I am also reading 'The Great Indian Novel' by Shashi Tharoor..I will surely recommend this book..Tharoor has splendidly blended the tales from Mahabharata into the modern Indian history.. *Movies - I watched 'Little Miss...

And The Warrior Returns...

Whoa! They call me a professional blogger and I haven't been able to write a single word for any of my personal blogs, be it TWM :: Online , Shayon's Labyrinth or even Timeless Imagination . I guess, that's what happens when all you do, during the day, is blog and then when you come back home, WarCraft is the only reason that inspires you to open up your laptop's lid and hit the power button!   I wouldn't really say that I am stressed out, thanks to my new job as the Chief Editor of WATBlog , one of country's leading advertising and technology blogs. After all, how many have gotten the opportunity and luck (this is something very rare in my destiny) to convert their hobby, their love, into a profession? The down side is, WAT is a startup, in essence. It just turned 2 , the month I joined, and we have an employee strength of just 12. Yes, you read that right. So, we realize that there is a lot of potential in the market and since our niche is very nascent, it ...

Here's an entry which is gonna truly take the competition to an altogether different realm. We have with us,a guy who's been through a lot in life and who has really got that I-don't-care-two-nuts-about-things-I-don't-like attitude. Here's the man himself,Mr Sayantan Pal.Talking about him,he's a man,who can be aptly termed as a Tragedy king (or Drama queen-another sobriquet given to him,by Dion). For me,it's such a relief to see folks like him-for when I get depressed seeing my flawless track record of continual carelessness and forgetfulness, losing around all my belongings every other day(8th semester gradecard,Driving license, innerwears, towels, slippers, floaters, helmet(have lost 2)being some of the recent ones),Sayantan Pal comes as a shining ray in the clouded skies for me,for he,too, has made a mark for himself in the field of losing his things due to his carelessness.A newly bought MOTOROKR & his PAN card being the recent promiment additions to his glo...
