Four CARDiac Arrests

Guys, you just got to read this particular post titled " Four CARDiac Arrests ". All of you have just joined the corporate world and I'm sure such a situation shall definitely arise in your life, one day. I guess it'd be better that you remain prepared for that ;-).

The Resumé Of Jesus Christ

I was re-writing my resumé the other day when I felt that it'd be much better if I could get a few samples to work upon. I did googled for other people's resumés but to no avail. Then suddenly the idea of searching for resumés on LimeWire (a p2p client) struck me. Well, it wasn't really a bad idea as I happened to figure out a hell lot of curriculum vitaes. However, my find of the day was a word document that happened to contain the resumé of, no other than, Jesus Christ himself. I was kind of amused, the way it was put up, and couldn't help myself from sharing it with you. The Resumé of Jesus Christ Address: Ephesians 1:20 Phone: Romans 10:13 Website: The Bible . Keywords: Christ, Lord, Savior and Jesus Hello. My name is Jesus -The Christ. Many call me Lord! I've sent you my resume because I'm seeking the top management position in your heart. Please consider my accomplishments as set forth in my resume. Qualifications I founded the earth and establis

New Year's Note 4m Mannubhai

Sooo finally ,we are pretty close to that time of year which is full of celebrations . This is the time which which makes us look back in retrospection at what all did we achieve or couldn't achieve this year & wat all we aim to achieve the next year. Guys, hope you would have got an inkling of the mood I m in today. Deviating from my usual funny, leg-pulling self , I am gonna be a lil serious & practical today. I think Masti definitely is an indespensible part of living your life in1 a colorful way & "bakarchodi" is our own way of enjoying life but friends always remember to spend each day of your life towards the attainment of your goal because in the end what matters is not your masti but where you are & wat you are & the fact is that we are Nobodys ..Cruel but true! But hold on, I am not being critical of why are still Nobodys what I am trying to say is that It's time that we choose from two options : 1>Being a "Nobody" 2> Bei

'TAARE ZAMEEN PAR'....What a movie.....

Mr Perfect has again shown to the whole world that not only he is a good actor but can also do wonders behind the screen. He has again proved himself after 'RDB'. His latest, as a actor and his directorial debut is such a film which everybody should see. Today, I watched the film at 89cinemas. Actually thought of watching 'Kailashe kelenkari' but because I didn't get tickets for the same, I decided to watch the movie. At first, I was a little reluctant because I heard that it is a children movie. But now after watching it I would suggest everybody to watch it. 'Awesome' is what I will say. Mr. Amir khan has again showed his class. And the little boy, called Isant Avasthi in the film, did a fantastic job. And ofcourse the great music by the Trio, Shankar Ehsaan Loy was simply superb. A perfect film by Mr. Khan after Rang De Basanti. Simply Superb... I would give a straight 4.5 /5 to this film. Actually hits the heart too hard. A must see for those who love so

A piece of my mind.........

Well, now that I have landed in a Consultancy firm and is infinitely bored - I thot of doing something crap-ish ..well a kind of deviant from the other 'useless" thing I do in the office..(mind u I seriously curbing the habit of killing time and having my 999th exploration trip of TCS building by not going to office at all!!!)..I thot of finally reviving my writing acumen(huh!!)...well,i listed some of the jargon and on-the-fly expressions of a typical computer geek.I hope u get bored very soon and wish u never went thu them in the first place!!! When they say: “The SMTP mail server may be acting erratically today.” They really mean: “Turn me down for a date, will you? See if you get email anymore.” When they say: “Is that really a good user experience?” They really mean: “You’re cutting into my World of Warcraft time.” When they say: “You haven’t provided the proper documentation.” They really mean: “I’ve ruined the project. I plan on blaming you. Somehow.” When they say: “Th

Golden Girl :: Paris Hilton

The ad for Rich Prosecco shows the socialite posing provocatively in a desert setting. Wednesday to promote the drink, which comes in a can rather than a bottle. And she took the opportunity to stump for a boyfriend. "Right now I'm single but I am looking for a nice boy," Paris told reporters. "He should be funny, smart and loyal." Hilton also put in a good word for the environment. "I changed all the light bulbs to energy safe light bulbs and I'm buying a hybrid car right now," Hilton said, adding that she also turned off the lights at home, didn't leave the TV on or the water running when she left the home. "Little things that people can do every day to make a huge difference." Well, I have a personal view to put, here. I'd always hated the very face of Paris Hilton. But after these shoots, somehow, I've started to find her pretty sexy!! :-P What do you say?

YC5 Unleashed!!

Heil To All

Finally all the papers done. They were originally scheduled to get over by the 7th of this month. Hence, me and Souvik (I used to drive this guy's Activa) had planned to make a li'l trip to Delhi together since both of us happen to have our love interests stationed there ;-). Anyways, thanks to a certain Mr. A. K. Singh, we had to wait till yesterday for our project presentation. However, now that I'd already gotten into the mindset of visiting Delhi this December, despite Souvik backing out at the last moment, here I am, waiting in anticipation for tomorrow early morning's Purushottam Express. Unfortunately, because of some unfortunate developments, even this time I won't be out there for more than 4 days. Yet, really really wish I would be able to meet up with Gandhi, Mannu, Chiru, Debu et al. Kapil was in town for last 2 days. Happened to meet him up only at the last moment while he was leaving, at around 12 noon. I had my presentation from 3pm, yet agreed to h

Trip to SHIVPURI

Hello friends, I’ve just spent 3 days at Shivpuri, Uttarakhand from 3 to 5 th Dec. It was an OUT BOND training prog from Maruti.This is a place (25 km from Rishikesh) many of you may not know has a unique beauty in it. God has flourished this place with green hills all-around, high current river The Ganga, beautiful birds and animals (barking deer and monkeys). We stayed in tents by the side of the Ganga . There was no electricity, no mobile network (only IDEA network was coming poorly) and it was far from any population. We were there three days only with the nature. This program was jointly organised by Maruti and one travelling consultancy group, ‘Himalayan Outward Bound’ ( www.outwardboundindia.com ). So there was problem with food, drink, shelter and security. First day we had activity like ‘free falling yourself on your trusted friend’s hand’ ( see the photo ), walking on Burma bridge (single rope bridge), river crossing by hanging from a rope. At evening we sat togethe

LIFE IN A METRO..

My training is over & I've been allocated kolkata. Was this going to be better this time around in the 'city of joy', well my trips to this city has never been without the ill luck be it bandhs, floods due to torrential rain & this time around there was a massive protest which turned violent leading to a few hours of curfew & flag march by the army. The worst part was my hotel was very near to where the violent protest took place. I was at that time at Salt Lake Area where my office is. After some confirmation on phone by the Hotel's reception that situation is under control & normal, we(Samik & Shanoob too with me) took a taxi to bring our luggage from the hotel & stay at Ashok's place. I feared the situation to get even worse the next day & moreover my certificates were there in the hotel. On our way to hotel we saw the army doing the flag march, the TV crews all ready to report & broadcast any new incident. Near the Park Circus are
