Dream of a Lifetime coming true!

Heading off to the Metallica concert. The band which we grew up listening to in college and the men whom we idolize will be out there on stage today. I don't know how will I react when I see James Hetfield, in flesh and bones belting out the hits and Kirk Hammleet driving his guitar insane and Lars Ulrich beating the percussions to glory. Phew! I feel like a child. Will update once I'm back from the show! A big day in the lives of metalheads in India! Off to Neverland.

The show I had been waiting for with bated breath for months firstly got delayed today, then got postponed for tomorrow and now as I reach back home, it appears that it has been cancelled altogether. Though the crowd is aslo to be blamed for going berserk in the end leading to the cacellation of the show, but the organizers in India should be sent to hell and have iron rods thurst up their asses. Why does it happen that every other concert in Delhi gets cancelled at the last moment. The Bryan Adams concert earlier this year got cancelled at the last moment because "it couldn't get all NOCs from the government"(has anyone heard about the beauraurcy that mars this country) and then the Metallica show got cancelled supposedly because of "technical snags". What a poor reason seriousy! For a band as huge as Metallica, there were evidently no preparations and it could be seen from the haphazard way testing(or the lack of it) was being done on stage. Shame on organizers,Delhi, and the fucking Indian idiotic crowd.I missed the first day of the F1 race only to witness this shit!
