Message in the Bottle

Dear Rathz,
I like your idea about the travel diary.. except that there is not much to say this time. I am as a matter of fact very blue, because the holidays are up and I am going through post holiday depression!
But, I do have a lot of stuff gathered from my previous Goa trip.. and surprisingly both these trips were to two distinct part of Goa!
So, I think that a combination of my naive observation will make for a decent read.

But it will take some time. :)

Dear Dion,
Your Goa, is BEAUTIFUL! I love that place, and even though I have been there twice (third time was when I was like 7, so that does not count), I already feel like owning a house there so that I can be there as and when I want. Now, I know, that, your home town has a lot to do with the lovely person that you are.

Dear Karma,
Now, that you are finally back.. :) I can't wait to see you in December... and please please call me up as and when you can..;)
And, how about a post?

Dear Mannu,
Duhu to the damn organizers.. even though  I was at the wedding, my mind did wander off to how excited you would be about the Metallica concert!!!
Apart from news reports, can you write us a post?? Or maybe a song??

Dear Raj,
Where are you?
Missing your wit and humour around here...

Dear Everyone else..
Can you guys come up with a post please???

I hope you all had a great festive weekend.. and our newly weds had a blast on their first Diwali after their shaadi.. ;)

Rest all is great.. :D

This a distress call to all TWM folks. This has been the longest duration of inactivity for TWM. So is it that we are all too busy or have all of us hit the writer's block. Let's break the spell of inactivity....HOW?? WHAT SHOULD I WRITE ABOUT?? I have an incomplete draft, shall I post that? May be I will do a recap of the past few days..No mood to write paragraphs.. Connect the dots yourself.. * Kaminey - Movie was good, the ending could have been better..The bong mafia coming with a long gun to the fight scene was really comic..Fahid Kapoor ki acting mast thi..waifey aap log ye movie dekhey kya?? * Books - Finally I read the book Love Story by Erich Segal..Hmmm the story is good but the effect of the classic book has not yet got into me..Meanwhile I am also reading 'The Great Indian Novel' by Shashi Tharoor..I will surely recommend this book..Tharoor has splendidly blended the tales from Mahabharata into the modern Indian history.. *Movies - I watched 'Littl

When I escaped death !!!

12th June'13, 10.30 pm : I was driving back from a dinner party at dizzying speeds of around 80 KMPH inside a city. Then in my  psychedelic drive (yes I get high without alcohol), I saw a signal square few 100 meters ahead. I decreased the speed ( Signals are switched off after 10 pm in Nagpur so exercised caution ) to 60 KMPH (I am an engineer and I like my exact figures) but my car jumped off a speed breaker which I could not spot in the city darkness . I thought I controlled my car by the time I reached the signal square but  baaaaangggg !!! Few seconds later - I realized I was still alive!! saved by the airbag. Take a note everybody. The same day during daytime around 4.30 pm, I was feeling restless with a feeling of fear & anxiety inside me. A friend inquired and I replied back "I can feel something bad is going to happen with me today". That night I was hit by a speeding car straight (at 90 degrees) on the driver's door. Upon impact
